Masterpan of the integrated development microdistrict
Master plan (concept of development) of the territory in Vsevolozhsk district of Leningrad region. This master plan is designed as one of the stages of the formation of the settlement on a specific time period. This document allows to combine efforts to develop the territory of the developer, municipal and regional authorities .
Masterplan (development concept) RC “Flowers” approved by The Urban Planning Council of the Leningrad region.
Its materials were included in the corrected Masterplan of the settlement and serve as the basis for the developed urban planning documentation – the project of planning and surveying of the territory
