Quick concept for the reconstruction of the existing historical industrial building on Ligovsky prospect

It was necessary to increase the useful areas of existing facilities and solve the problem of lack of Parking spaces.

To increase the area-we have proposed the addition of attic floors in existing two-storey buildings. We also proposed to build a system of pedestrian bridges at the level of the second floors. This allowed to separate pedestrian and traffic flows on two levels. Accordingly, the number of Parking spaces was increased to the required client.
