Villa “Tropic Bird”
The first version of the Villa “Tropic Bird” was designed by a young St. Petersburg architect Ilya Zeiman. Our company was involved to significantly redesign the project for the purpose to give the building a more futuristic look and introduce modern energy efficiency systems (roof solar panels).
In the shortest possible time (3 months), our specialists performed a complete restyling of the architecture of the building, and made the necessary changes to the design and engineering solutions.
